Chicken and nuts salad

Note:
U can use any vegetables you want, this won’t affect the nutritional value a lot

Ingredients (4 servings):
400 g – 2 cups chicken breast
80 g – 1/2 cup nuts (mix)
1 cucumber
3 bell peppers (I used 1 red, 1 green 1 orange)
3 tomatoes
1 lettuce (I uses Iceberg lettuce)
2 chicory (witlof)
spices (I used fresh black pepper and salt, but you can use the spices you like)

Directions:
Heat up a grill pan over medium heat.
Grill the chicken breast
Cut the grilled chicken breast into pieces
Wash/ clean the vegetables and cut them lengthwise
Put the vegetables, nuts and pieces grilled chicken breast and spices together in a large mixing bowl and mix thouroughly.

Protein: 27.6 g
Carbohydrates: 10.1 g (sugar: 6.2 g = vegetables)
Fat: 10.5 g (saturated 1 g)
Fiber: 5.5 g
